11/2 cups of cooked, drained wheat ( I use extra I make when I make Kutia)
8 oz philidelphia cream cheese
1 small can crushed pineapple
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 large box instant vanilla pudding (use jello brand- it doesn’t turn yellow)
1 tub Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Soak wheat 4-5 hours. Cook in slow cooker 5-6 hours (add water as needed). Drain, rinse, cool.
Mix cream cheese, pineapple, lemon juice. Add pudding and mix well. Add wheat and mix. Fold in cool whip before serving. It will keep in refrigerator 2-3 days. This is the one I always make at Christmas and would bring to Val’s
