3 cups flour
2 cups cottage cheese (must be the dry curd kind- 1 pkg is about 2 cups)
2 eggs well beaten
¼ cup oil
½ tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 cup warm water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the flour and cottage cheese. Add eggs, oil, soda and salt. Add water to make a soft dough (may not need full cup). Roll out dough, cut for perogies. Fill with mashed potatoe and cheese mixture. Fry in oil.
I remember standing at the kitchen counter for what seemed like hours frying these things, then doing it again at Valerie’s! We all loved them though!
