6 boneless pork chops
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. sour cream
1 pkg. frozen hash browns, thawed
1 can French fried onions
vegetable oil
1 can cream of celery soup
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. shredded cheese
seasoned salt

Directions:
Directions:
Brown pork chops in lightly greased skillet, sprinkle with seasoned salt and set aside. Combine soup, milk, sour cream, pepper and 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt. Stir in hash browns, 1/2 c. cheese and 1/2 can onions. Spoon into casserole dish and place chops on top. Cover and bake at 350º for 40 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onions and bake uncovered about 5 minutes.
