1 c. elbow or shell macaroni
1 c. American cheese, cubed
1/2 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
3 Tbsp. chopped pimento
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. vinegar
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dried dillweed

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain well and cool. Combine macaroni, cheese cubes, celery, green pepper and pimento. Blend together mayonnaise, vinegar, salt and dillweed; add to macaroni mixture. Toss lightly, cover and chill well. Serve in lettuce lined bowl.
