Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 pkg (10) graham crackers
1 c. butter
1 cup dark brown sugar
1 12 oz. pkg. milk chocolate chips ( I like Hershey's)
1 cup chopped pecans or more if you want( I use Bergeron's - buy local)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Line cookie sheet with aluminum foil.
separate graham crackers and place on sheet side by side.
Simmer butter and sugar for 3 minutes - watch closely stirring constantly it will start to bubble -
Pour over crackers and bake in oven for 5 minutes - do not overcook. This mixture will be very hot be careful not to touch it.
Sprinkle chocolate chips on top and spread evenly as they melt. I use a rubber spatula.
When smooth sprinkle with pecans.
Cool in refrigerator
Break into 2' pieces. Store in airtight container.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I have a very small oven so the 11x 15 cookie sheet won't fit. If you have to use a smaller one just adjust the caramel mixture and chocolate - basically, pour enough caramel to cover the graham crackers completely. Pour the chips little by little and spread until there is layer of chocolate over all the crackers.
