1 pork tenderloin
1/2 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons of worcestershire
2 table spoons olive oil one
table spoon of red pepper flakes
5 pepper corns
4 cloves garlic.
Jar of pepper jelly

Directions:
Directions:
marinade pork tenderloin in 1/2 cup orange juice 2 tablespoons of worchestire 2 table spoons olive oil table spoon of red pepper flakes, 5 pepper corns and 4 cloves garlic. Place in gallon zip loc and refrigerate for 4 hours.

Take out of marinade and start grill. Sear pork on high heat for 2 minutes per side.

Then put on low heat and place pork on upper rack if you have one or on low heat area of grill.

Cook about 30 minutes, check with meat thermometer. In last 5 minutes put pepper jelly in sauce pan and heat.

Slice pork and pour heated pepper jelly over pork
