1/2 c. Margarine
2 egg yolks
5 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. Sugar
1 c. Milk
1 tsp. baking powder
2 c. Flour

Filling
2 egg whites
1/4 c. Shortening
1/8 c. Margarine
2 c. Icing sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and egg yolks, mix dry ingredients alternating with milk. Drop on cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes at 350º.

Filling
Beat egg whites, add shortening, margarine and icing sugar and vanilla. Mix with a spoon. Put filling between two cookies.
