1/2 c. Butter
2 eggs
Salt
3/4 c. Sugar
2 c. Flour
2 tsp. baking powder

Filling
Jam
1 can eagle brand milk
Coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together butter, sugar, and unbeaten eggs. Sift flour, baking powder and salt. Mold with your fingers into patty tins (?). Put 1 tbsp. of jam into each tart and fill each with eagle brand milk and coconut. (enough coconut to "make them stiff".
Bake at 350º until golden brown.

Nan says this one is so easy, you don't need to worry about amounts or cooking times, you will just get a feel for it. I think I will leave this one to your expertise!
