2 eggs
1c. Sugar
1 c. Flour
1tsp. Baking powder
1/3 c. Water
Vanilla (maybe a drop?)

Topping
3 tbsp. butter
6 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 c. Coconut
2 tbsp. milk
Vanilla
Walnuts (again, unsure of amount)

Directions:

Mix cake ingredients in order. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 350º.
Melt ingredients for topping on top of stove (in a pot). When melted, pour over top of cake.

Another one from the memory of Bertha. I love that she clarified that you would use a pot when melting on the stove. That was clearly a reminder for the younger sister!
