4-5 chicken breasts
1 onion
2 tomatoes
1 green pepper
2 chicken bouillon cubes
2 tbsp flour
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp garlic
1/2 c. water
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken in pan. In a blender combine: onion, tomatoes, green pepper, garlic, bouillon cubes, and 1/4 c water. Blend until fine. Pour over chicken. Cook until the chicken is cooked all the way through. When chicken in boiling, lower temperature. Add 2 tbsp flour mixed with 1/2 c water. Add to sauce and let cook for 10 minutes more. Serve over rice.
