3/4 loaf French bread
1 1/2 cup fat free milk
1 lb. Jimmy Dean Sage sage
1 cup chopped parsley
1 minced clove garlic
1 med. onion chopped
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 bunch Swiss chard coarsely chopped, stems removed
1 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 teaspoons dried basil
1 teaspoon sage
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/3 cup water
salt and pepper

Cut bread into large cubes. Mix in milk and let stand for about 20 min. Saute' sausage and break up so it is crumbled and browned. Drain. Add parsley, garlic, onion, and celery. Cook until vegetables are lightly browned and soft.Add Swiss chard stir and cover so chard wilts, about 3 to 5 min. Squeeze excess milk from bread and add meat and vegetable mixture, Parmesan,basil, sage, rosemary, salt and pepper to taste. Spoon into 9x13 casserole. For moister stuffing, cover with foil ; for crusty stuffing,do not cover. Bake about 30 min. @ 350 degrees.
