1 pound lean ground pork or beef (or combo)
1 cup finely crushed corn chips
2 tablespoons chopped green chilies
1 egg beaten
3/4 tsp chili powder
1 tsp salt
1 jar jalapeņo stuffed olives (small olives)
Bottle of hot sauce.

Directions:
Directions:
Combine pork, chips, chilies, egg and spices. Shape one tablespoon around an olive to form a smooth ball. Make sure olive is completely enclosed in the meat mixture.
Saute in a large skillet or bake in a 350 oven until brown. Serve with hot sauce.
