2 large cans sweet potatoes, drained
1/2 # butter melted
1/2 Cup sugar
1 Cup milk
dash cinnamon

2 sleeves Ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 cup brown sugar
Another stick of the butter (melted).

Beat potatoes with mixer, add 1/2 pound (2sticks) melted butter, sugar, milk & cinnamon. Beat until creamy (consistency of mashed potatoes.)

Put potatoes in 9X13 glass dish (spray w/ Pam).

Combine crackers with brown sugar and 1/4 # ( 1 stick) melted butter. Sprinkle cracker mixture on top. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
Remove foil and bake 15 minutes longer.

I cut the recipe in half when making it for our family.
