2 c. frozen corn, 1/2 green bell pepper seeded and diced, 1/2 yellow bell pepper seeded and diced, 3-4 small plum tomatoes seeded and diced, 4 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro, 4 tsp. balsamic vinegar, 1/2 tsp. salt

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and refrigerate 30 minutes or more before serving.
