2 pkg. lemon jello
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1/2 pint whipping cream
1/2 lb. bag miniature marshmallows
2/3 c. pineapple juice
1/3 c. sugar plus 2 tbsp.
1 tbsp. flour
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Ground nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Make the jello according to package directions and chill. Combine pineapple juice, sugar, flour, egg and butter in pan and thicken on med. heat. When jello is thickened but not set, add in drained pineapple and stir well. Cover with marshmallows and let stand 30 min. or until set. Let thickened sauce cool until jello is set. Whip cream and add 2 tbsp. sugar and vanilla. Fold cooled sauce into cream and spread on jello. Add topping of ground nuts.
