2 cups of flour
1 tsp of baking soda
4 Tbsp of cocoa powder
1 1/2 cups of sugar
1 cup of mayonnaise
1 cup of boiling water
1 tsp of vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Sift dry ingredients together.
Combine mayonnaise and hot water with baking soda.
Add to water and vanilla and mix in dry ingredients.
Pour into two 8-inch, greased and floured cake pans.
Bake 45-60 minutes until toothpick comes out of center of cake clean.
Add frosting of your choice.
