One medium to large pumpkin
1 tablespoon oil for each cup of pumpkin seeds
1 teaspoon salt for each cup of pumpkin seeds

Directions:
Directions:
1. Pull the seeds away from the stringy matter and dump them in a bowl. You don't need to wash them.
2. Add 1 tablespoon oil and 1 teaspoon salt for each cup of pumpkin seeds. Stir.
3. Oil a baking sheet.
4. Spread the seeds on the baking sheet.
5. Bake until crisp (about 45 minutes) in an oven set at 200º-250ºF.
6. Eat when cool.
