2 large navel oranges
1 large red apple
1 lb fresh cranberries (4 cups)
1 1/2 cups sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Great peel of 1 orange into a large bowl. Remove peel and white pulp from both oranges.
2. Quarter and core unpeeled apple. Cut into 1/2 inch pieces. Wash and drain cranberries, removing any stems. Coarsely chop cranberries and oranges. Add fruit to grated peel.
3. Add sugar, stirring gently until dissolved. Refrigerate, covered, several hours or overnight.
Makes about 5 cups.©

Goes great with Thanksgiving dinner. Is a fresh tangy taste.
I put cranberries in a food chopper for a coarse chop.
