Ingredients:
Ingredients:
6 oz. pkg. red raspberry jello
2 c. boiling water
10 oz. pkg. frozen raspberries (with sugar)
3 oz. cream cheese
1 c. cold water
1/4 c. finely chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jello in boiling water. Add raspberries with liquid and break up any clumps. Stir in cold water.
Mix nuts and cream cheese together and form into small balls and drop in jello mixture.
Note: you can substitute one package of regular frozen raspberries w/o sugar and it will be more tart. I like to add about 1/4 c extra sugar if using the unsweetened raspberries. You can also increase the cream cheese to an 8 oz. pkg and use about a cup of chopped nuts and it's even better.

Personal Notes:
My freshman year in college was not a stellar one. Mom often said the only thing I learned was 2 good jello recipes...this is one of them. It is a family favorite.
