1 lb. longhorn cheddar cheese grated
1 lb. Monterey Jack Cheese grated
1 (4 oz) can chopped jalapeños
2 eggs
1 (13 oz) can evaporated milk
1/2 cup flour

Directions:
Directions:
Layer cheese and jalapeños in 9 inch square pan that has been sprayed with Pam. Mix eggs, milk and flour. Pour over the cheese. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes. Cool slightly and cut into squares.
