3 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
2 T. cocoa
1 c. nuts
3 c. grated zucchini

Directions:
Mix together all ingredients and bake at 350º F for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Makes 2- 9x13 or 2-1 lb. loaf pans.
