1 box lime jello
1/2 c hot water
1 c. pineapple juice
15 marshmallows (regular size)
1 box smooth cottage cheese
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. whipping cream
Directions:
Directions:
Heat lime jello, hot water, pineapple juice, and marshmallows in saucepan until marshmallows dissolve.
Put in pan and chill until set.
Beat and add 1 can drained crushed pineapple and 1 box smooth cottage cheese.
Add one cup whipped whipping cream.
Put in refrigerator to set.
