1 stick margarine, melted
1 box Stove Top Stuffing
4-6 c. peeled, diced, or shredded zucchini
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. diced onion
1 c. shredded carrots

Directions:
Directions:
Mix margarine and stuffing mix together.
Put one half of it in the bottom of pan.
Cook zucchini, carrots, and onion just until tender, drain well.
Combine chicken soup and sour cream, and layer on top of mix in pan.
Top with zucchini, carrots, and onion.
Put the rest of the stuffing mix on top.
Bake at 350º for 45 minutes.
