6 c. ground zucchini, peeled
5 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 6 oz. pkg. apricot, orange, or peach jello

Directions:
Directions:
Boil zucchini and sugar together for 6 minutes.
Boil the lemon juice and pineapple for 8-10 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Add to zucchini and sugar mixture.
Add the jello and stir until dissolved.
Fill jars.
Store in refrigerator or freeze.
