Small head of lettuce, cut into bite-sized pieces
Several celery stalks, diced
1 c. water chestnuts, sliced thin
1 pkg. frozen peas, rinsed in cold water (not cooked)
2 c. of Miracle Whip
Parmesan cheese
3 hard boiled eggs
Ba-cos

Directions:
Directions:
Put lettuce in a large flat bottomed bowl.
Arrange celery and water chestnuts on top of the lettuce.
Top with the peas.
Top with the Miracle Whip, spread completely to the edge of the bowl.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Let stand 8 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
Before severing toss slightly and garnish with sliced hard boiled eggs and Ba-cos.
