1 Box Devil's Food Cake Mix
1 Small Box Instant Chocolate Pudding
4 Large Eggs
1 C Sour Cream
1/2 C Warm Water
1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
1.5 C Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
Powdered Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix all ingredients together except chocolate chips. Mix 1 minute on low continuing to scrape sides of bowl down. Increase to medium speed and mix for 3 minutes. Mix in chocolate chips. Pour into a bundt pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray, sprinkled with flour and tapped out. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes. When cooled, sift powdered sugar over top and sides.
