1 c butter
1 c Karo
1 lb. brown sugar
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Put butter in a large microwaveable bowl, heat on High for 1 minute. Add remaining ingredients (except vanilla), stir together. COVER with plastic wrap,cook 10 minutes on HIGH. Stir. Leave uncovered and cook 16-18 minutes o MEDIUM (50% power). If you forget to change the powel level you will make a carmel sucker instead of soft carmels. Add vanilla. Poour into a well-buttered dish or jelly roll pan.
