1 cup butter
1 1/2 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 cup Flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon soda
2 teaspoon vanilla
3 cups Quick Oats
12 oz. Package Chocolate Chips
1 cup chopped nuts
Directions:

Preheat oven to `325
Beat butter and sugars together until fluffy. Add eggs; beat well. Add dry ingredients then add vanilla.
Stir in oats, chocolate chips, and nuts. Drop onto greased cookie sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
