1 c butter softened
3 T maple flavoring
3-1/2 c powdered sugar
2 c chopped walnuts
2 c chocolate chips
1 c butterscotch chips
Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl cream butter, sugar, and maple flavoring until smooth. Stir in walnuts - shape into 1 inch balls, place on wax paper and freeze until firm.
Microwave melt chips; stir until smooth. Dip balls in chocolate and allow excess to drip off. Place on waxed paper-lined baking sheets and refrigerate until set.
