3lbs pork sausage
2-3 bags herb seasoned stuffing mix
1 bunch of celery (chopped)
2 med onions (chopped)
2 tsp poultry seasoning
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pork sausage in its own fat.(if not enough fat add some olive oil) Remove sausage from fat and cook onions & celery in fat. In roasting pan put sausage,onions, & celery with 2 bags of stuffing mix. MIX Add chicken broth slowly. Should not be soggy. Should not be dry either. Add more stuffing mix or chicken broth to achieve to correct consistency.
Stuff turkey lightly. Place rest of stuffing in caserole dish. Bake 350º for 20-30 minutes.
