2lb. Ground Chuck
1 med. chopped bellpepper
1 med. chopped onion
2 packages Hidden Valley Ranch Mix
2 packages Mild Taco Seasoning Mix
2 cans Shoepeg Corn
2 cans Rotel tomatoes
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can black beans
1 can light red kidney beans
1 can dark red kidney beans
1 can chili beans
water (about 2 cups)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine meat, bellpepper & onion. Cook until meat is browned, drain well. Add Ranch & Taco Seasonings, corn, tomatoes, beans and water. Stir well. Cook on medium heat 30-45 min.

*Top each bowl of soup with a spoonful of sour cream, shredded cheese and a couple of sliced jalapeņo peppers. Serve with Tortilla chips.
