6 c. sugar
1 2/3 c, water
3 1/3 c. cider vinegar
1 gallon jar of dill spears or baby dills (not Kosher)
2-8oz, jars of horseradish (not prepared)

Directions:
Directions:
Bring to boil the first 3 ingredients and simmer for 2 min.-then cool.

Pour off all juice on pickles. Add 2-8 oz. jars of horseradish and the cooled brine over pickles . Let stand in refrigerator for 3 days before use.

This is good for those who like alittle kick to their pickles.
