1 lb ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
3 c. noddles
3 c. tomato juice
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp celery salt
dash of pepper
2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 c. green peppers
1 c. Sour Cream
3 oz can sliced mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly brown ground beef in skillet, add chopped onion cook till tender. Place noodles in layer over meat. Combine tomato juice, salt, celery salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce and pour over noodles. Bring to boil, cover simmer over low heat for 20 minutes. Add pepper, cover and cook 10 min or till noddles are tender. Stir in sour cream and mushrooms heat, just to boiling point, season to taste.
