2- 12 oz bags of Fresh cranberries
2 cups sugar
1 lg can unsweetened crushed pineapple
1 cup chopped pecans
3 small boxes of cherry jello
3 cups boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
Put berries in food processor - pulse until finely ground
Place in bowl and add 2 cups sugar
Let this stand in fridge over night.
The next day add lg can unsweetened crushed pineapple and 1 cup chopped pecans to berry mixture.
In another bowl pour 3 cups boiling water over 3 small pkges of cherry jello. Stir until dissolved- then add to cranberry mixture.
Pour into rectangular casserole dish or jello mold and chill until set (usually overnight in fridge)
