2 pkgs 10 oz frozen chopped broccoli
1 can mushroom soup
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c Hellmanns mayonnaise
1 c Velvetta cheese (or more), cubed
1 c Ritz crackers, crumbs (place in plastic bag and break them up)
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli according to package directions, drain broccoli. Add cheese to broccoli while hot. Then add soup, eggs, mayonnaise and salt and pepper. Place in casserole dish add cracker crumbs to top and bake 350º for 45-60 minutes.
