1/2 c Madeira Wine
1/3 c butter, melted
14 oz Gouda cheese
1 c sour cream
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl, combine wine and butter. In a food processor or blender, combine cheese, sour cream, salt, and cayenne. Process until smooth. With motor running, gradually add wine mixture, blending until smooth. Refrigerate 24 hours before serving to allow flavors to blend.
