2 1/2 lbs round steak
1 1/2 tsp. meat tenderizer
Flour for dredging
Oil for browning
1/2 C. water
1 C. ketchup
1 green pepper, sliced
1 onion, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350º
Moisten steak with water and meat tenderizer. Prick deeply. Dredge in flour. Brown in oil. Place in shallow dish. Mix 1/2 C. water, and ketchup. Pour over meat. Add green pepper and onion. Cover and bake 50 minutes.
