1 can salmon
3 T. chopped onions
3 T. chopped green peppers
3 T. lemon juice
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. smashed saltine crackers
¼ t. pepper
2/3 c. Miracle Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Drain the salmon, saving and using the juice. Remove bones and skin. Flake the meat. Microwave the onions and green peppers 1 minute. Mix all ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Spray baking dish or loaf pan with Pam. Bake at 350º for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Top with your favorite cheese sauce made with a little white wine and Parmesan cheese.
