4 medium tomatoes, cut into 8 wedges each
2 medium cucumbers, thinly sliced
1/2 cup sweet onion chopped
1/2 cup rice vinegar
4 teaspoons sugar
1 Tablespoon chopped fresh dill
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, combine tomatoes, cucumbers and onion.

In small bowl, combine all remaining ingredients and blend well. Pour vinegar mixture over vegetables and toss to mix. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour to blend flavors. Toss again before serving. Serve with slotted spoon.

Fresh from the garden tomatoes and cucumbers make this a summertime must. The rice vinegar is less acidic then cider.
