1 egg
2 1/2 c all purpose flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cookies: Mix powdered sugar, margarine, vanilla, almond extract and egg. Stir in remaining ingredients. Separate dough in half. Wrap each half in waxed paper. Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours. Remove and use 1 "package" at a time. On floured surface, roll out and cut with cookie cutters. You will need to use a lot of flour, dough will be sticky. The warmer the dough gets the stickier it will become. Bake 7-8 minutes at 375 º. Allow to cool and then frost and decorate.

Icing: Mix all ingredients above - add milk for desired consistency. Separate into individual containers depending on how many colors you want to utilize. Add food coloring - remember to keep 1 container white. If icing becomes to dry - add tiny touch of milk or water to soften.
