Ingredients:  
1 1/2 loaves bread (5 c) cubed
1 1/2tsp pepper
3 tsp sage
2 tsp parsley
2 tsp salt
1 c margarine
3 small onions, diced
1c celery, diced
4 eggs, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine, add seasonings, celery and onions. Simmer until tender. Allow to cool. Stir in 4 beaten eggs. Combine with bread cubes. Add just a little water to moisten. Stuff cavity of bird. Brush outer skin with melted margarine, and sprinkle with salt.
