FILET OF SOLE (OR FLOUNDER)
FRESH LEMONS
PAPRIKA
CAPERS
SLICED ALMONDS
OLIVE OIL
BUTTER OR MARGARINE
SALT, PEPPER AND OTHER HERBS TO TASTE

Directions:
Directions:
Pat fish dry and place on shallow pan. Sprinkle paprika on fish. Place 2-3 thin slices of lemon on top of each piece of fish. Dot with capers. Top with a few pats of butter or drizzle oil.

Bake at 375º for about 20 minutes depending on thickness and size of filets.

In a separate pan, brown sliced almonds coated lightly with olive oil.

Garnish filets with toasted almonds and lemon wedges before serving.
