1 1/2 C. oil (olive oil may be used)
5 eggs
5 C. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
5 C. flour
7 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3 T. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat waffle maker. Spray with Pam.
Combine dry ingredients in bowl. Whisk together.
Combine wet ingredients in electric mixer bowl. Beat on low to break up eggs.
Then slowly add dry ingredients to electric mixer bowl. Beat on medium for 2 minutes.
Cook on waffle maker.

FLOUR: You can do 1/2 white flour and 1/2 spelt.
NOTE: Once waffles are cool you can freeze and then heat in toaster/toaster oven as needed.
