1 1/2 C Water
2/3 Wild Rice
1/2 lb of Pork Sausage (hot)
1- Medium onion chopped
2-Medium Green or Red Bell Pepper chopped
1/2 C Celery chopped
1- 10 3/4 oz can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1-C Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1/2 C minced fresh parsley
1/2 C Sour Cream
2 Tbsp Dry Sherry

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice and set aside.
Crumble sausage into large skillet, add onion, bell pepper, and celery. Cook until sausage is browned. Drain.
Combine rice, sausage mixture, soup, and next 5 ingredients.
Spoon into greased 11 x 7 casserole dish
Bake at 325º for 30 minutes.
