1 9-inch pie crust
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. cloves
2 eggs
1 15-ounce can pumpkin
1 12.ounce can evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º. Combine eggs, salt, cinnamon, ginger and cloves in a small bowl. Beat eggs in a large bowl. Stir in pumpkin and sugar-spice mixture. Gradually stir in milk. Pour into pie shell. Bake for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350º and bake for additional 40-50 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack for 2 hours. Serve immediately or refrigerate it.
