3 chicken breasts
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 T cooking wine
1/2 T soy sauce
1 T cornstarch
1 egg
flour
cornstarch
oil

Sauce:
8 tsp cornstarch
3/4 c sugar
3/4 c fresh lemon juice
3/4 c chicken soup stock
few drops yellow food coloring

Directions:
Directions:
Cut skinless, boneless chicken into 2 x 3 inch pieces. Marinate chicken in salt, wine, soy sauce,cornstarch and egg mix for several hours. Coat chicken in mixture of flour and cornstarch. Heat oil for deep frying until hot. Deep fry chicken until crisp and chicken is cooked through. In bowl, mix rest of ingredients. Heat in wok or pan until sauce is thick and hot. Add chicken pieces. Stir fry in sauce 1 minute. Put on platter. (I put sliced lemons around edge). Serve with rice.
