1 chicken
1 lb ground pork
6 eggs boiled (separate yolk of egg once boiled and chop white) set aside
Olives & capers

Spices - cloves, orgeano, spice seeds & garlic all mashed together

Stuffing - cook ground port w/ spices. Add chopped egg whites

Directions:
Directions:
Cool and stuff chicken with cooked ground pork, adding boiled yolks into stuffed chicken.

Place chicken in water enough to cover chicken and boil, add spices and olives & capers. Boil for at least 45 mins to 1 hr. Take out chicken and bake for 20 minutes.

Serve with hot tortillas!
