1 lb. Brisket
1 lb Beef Ribs
1 Cho Cho
2 Coco
2 potaoes
1 carrot
1 Cassava
Hand full of ocorro (optional)
Cilantro
1 Stick Celery
2 Corn on the cob (cut in halves)
1 onion

Directions:
Directions:
Wash beef with lime. Place the meat in a large pot add water and seasonings, salt, beef consommé, black pepper, garlic powder, onion.

Let meat cook until it is tender & soft add in cassava, carrots, celery, potatoes, corn and cho cho.

Allow the vegetables to cook and then check veggies to make sure you don’t overcook. 10 mins before it is finished add occorro and cilantro.

Serve with white rice or corn tortillas. You can squeeze some juice from a lime in the soup or use pepper sauce.

Optional: Roast two habanero peppers then mash in a small container add onions, cilantro, onions a dash of salt and the juice of three limes.
