1 3lb chicken
1 black recado
2 medium tomatoes
1 lg. sweet pepper
1 small onion
2 lg chocho
2 med. potatoes
1 plug garlic
Directions:
Directions:
Wash chicken and cut into serving pieces. Put two tablespoons oil in skillet and sauté chicken.  

Dissolve the black recado in water. Strain recado if needed and pour gradually as chicken is sautéing, add diced onion, sweet pepper, garlic add salt to taste. At the same time you can add chocho and potaoes put enough water to cover ingredients.  

Let it cook through until choco and potaoes are soft and chicken is fully cooked.  

Serve with hot corn tortillas!!!
