1 lbs. sausage
1 clove garlic, crushed
4 c. sliced squash
1./2 c. dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. milk
1 T. snipped Parsley
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp salt
2 beaten eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage and garlic until meat is brown and drain. Cook squash covered in small amount of water until tender and drain. Stir squash and next 6 ingredients into meat, fold in eggs. Transfer to a 10 x 6 x 1 1/2 inch baking dish and Bake at 325º for 25 to 30 minutes.
Zucchini squash can be used as well as another squash.
